Online Prices
We always ensure that the best possible prices are available online at this website. We do this through applying promotional pricing to our own website which may differ from our printed menus which may be outdated. It is likely that you will pay more by ordering from other websites as they will be using our standard prices and can not take advantage of the promotional pricing you will enjoy here.

Promotions and Discounts

When submitting your order details you may wish to offer to purchase the items specified in conjunction with a particular offer or promotion. To take advantage of this facility you will need to enter the appropriate promo code with your order details. These codes are presented on our menu and other items of promotional literature from time to time.

Any such order will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the promotion in question and will be subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any therajlinslade.co.uk promotion or discount at any time Delivery Times.

Our aim is to meet a delivery window for our customers, agreed at the time of placing the order. Whilst we will do our utmost to meet this delivery time unfortunately there may be factors beyond our control that prevent us from meeting the time slot.

We shall have no liability whatsoever for any delay or failure to deliver to you where such delay or failure is caused by a circumstance beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to; • Unforeseen Traffic Delays • Accidents Causing Delays on the Service Route • Severe Weather Conditions.

Your Order Confirmation

Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in full. If someone else made the booking on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent.

Payment

Our delivery drivers only carry up to £10 in change, payment must be in £ sterling.
We accept the following forms of payment:
Credit / Charge cards: Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Debit Cards, such as Delta or Switch are accepted.

Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your order within the quoted times. Unfortunately things don’t always go to plan and factors, please consider traffic and weather conditions. During busy periods your order may take longer. We may or may not have time to notify you but please be patient or feel free to call us to checkup on your order. Delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled in full up to 1 hour before the start of the delivery window selected. We will endeavour to issue a refund to your credit card account within 15 working days.

Cancellations within 1 hour of the start of the delivery window will be charged in full.

Latest Order Time

Due to licensing laws, we are unable to accept orders for either delivery or collection less than 20 minutes before the stated closing time. We would also respectfully advise customers who are collecting their orders that we will be unable to serve them should you not arrive at the store prior to closing time.
